June 13 - 17 and 20 - 28, 2011
The inhabitants of the Enchanted Forest have
had it with the Big Bad Wolf! He is brought to court for “three counts
of huffing and puffing with intent to destroy, two counts of murder by
ingestion, one count of grandmother impersonation, five counts of
attempted sheep abduction and seventeen counts of lurking,” prosecuted
by the Fairy Godmother, who is representing a plethora of offended
parties. Representing Mr. Wolf is the Evil Stepmother, a no-nonsense
young lawyer. How will it end? The audience will decide!
Back for its second year, this two-week, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. camp
will teach kids ages 6-12 about the basic workings of the theatre while
preparing "The Big Bad Musical"
to be performed at the end of the camp on
Friday 6/24, Saturday 6/25, Sunday 6/26,
and Monday 6/27, and Tuesday 6/28.
For children interested in the technical aspect
of theatre, there will be opportunities available. Space is limited, so register
as soon as possible
